While for most men the penis is the focus of their physical sexuality and eroticism, and while it is truly the locus of the most concentrated masculine energy, lingam massage is but a sub-ritual of a total homoerotic Tantra session; its chakra is located at the base of the penis and is associated with the first or root chakra (located in the perineum in the male).
